New hospital or RSA heads, at the Villa Flaminia Clinic.
Joint interview with Gianluca Roversi and Marco Mattoni.

The work for the new Hospital Heads or for RSA at the Villa Flaminia Clinic (ARS Biomedica) in Rome, a historical reality that is part of the Guarnieri Group, active for over fifty years in the Roman private health sector, is being completed.
The intervention introduced more safety, more functionality and full regulatory compliance in the department covered by the work.
To tell the evolution of the project, we asked some questions to our technician, Gianluca Roversi and the technical manager of the Villa Flaminia Clinic, Marco Mattoni, for a joint interview.
The initial request of the clinic
Q: What was the initial need of the structure?
Marco Mattoni: «WE had planned the installation of rather simple bed heads, a quick solution to update the department.»
Gianluca: «By analysing the project we evaluated the technical and regulatory compatibility. The solution seemed adequate, but it did not fully meet the operational and regulatory requirements of the department.»
The technical review: what emerged
Q: What brought out the technical review?
Gianluca: «The need for more complete headlets has emerged: more sockets, a different arrangement of work points »
Marco Mattoni: "A fundamental revision. Without this analysis we would have installed a system not adapted to the real operational needs.»
Customised design and operational coordination
Q: How did the design phase develop?
Gianluca: «We have created a personalised layout for each station. Each headboard has been customised: electrical outlets, medical gases and integrated lighting.»
Marco Mattoni: "The coordination was excellent. Lomar worked in synergy with our technicians and plant engineers, maintaining the expected timing and ensuring continuity to the activities of the department.»
The concrete benefits already visible in the department
Q: What has changed for the department?
Marco Mattoni: "The stations are now complete, intuitive and safe. The leap in quality for the department is obvious.»
Gianluca: «The clinic now has a modern, compliant and above all scalable solution, also ready for any future expansions.»
Conclusions: a collaboration that brings value
This intervention demonstrates how accurate design, expertise and collaboration can transform the daily operation of a hospital ward.
Lomar 360 of Flero, Brescia, provided the latest generation of the head bed, while the Villa Flaminia Clinic - part of the Guarnieri Group - coordinated the entire operation through the technical supervision of Marco Mattoni.
The work is about to be completed and the department is already showing a significant improvement in every aspect.
In the next article we will publish the final photos of the completed department, so as to show the final result of the intervention.
Here, however, we present the images of the work in progress, to document the operational phases and the attention dedicated to every detail.
